About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Intern based in Mumbai (IIT Bombay), with potential promotion to full-time position after 3 months based on performance. The candidate will be responsible for supporting various marketing and communication activities

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing marketing strategies to promote products/services
• Identifying potential clients through market research and networking
• Drafting engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters
• Assisting in organizing workshops, webinars, conference booths, virtual demos
• Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations

Compensation:

The stipend will be in the range of ₹20,000–₹40,000/month, depending on skill set and aligned with industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• UG/PG in marketing or life-sciences (with a good understanding of the other)
• Motivated individuals with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Sharp writing skills and knack for simplifying science/technical topics
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Canva
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to have:

Prior experience with B2B/scientific content, basic design expertise
